Now that we have returned home we would like to leave a special word of thanks for your excellent work at the ceremony and reception for our wedding. The preparation for the event, the menu, the service and the decoration were perfect (and I think this was the opinion of the guests too). We also very much appreciated your flexibility with regard to last-minute changes, which allowed us to rest on the eve of a very special day.

On behalf of the Agrícola Group (and also personally) I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your incredible team for the very valuable collaboration and efficient service provided by the Tivoli Palácio de Seteais during the Official Dinner of the Cooperative Banks Association on 5th June.

Everything was perfect and our guests were delighted with the facilities, the service, the meal (really well cooked and presented) and totally taken with Sintra!

I'd also like to thank you for the very valuable contribution made by all of the hotel staff, from reception to cleaning and including the restaurant, who all worked like a real team and where everyone knew what to do in perfect coordination.

I would like to express my recognition for the beauty of this palace and my gratitude, specially for the amability of your employees. I was in this hotel on the 27th and 28th August and forgot to fill out your opinion's form.
No doubt, this is one of the best hotels I've ever been. I hope to return.
